Soaps That Give Back

What if by buying a soap, you could also help support African women producers and street children?

Exceptional quality

Our vegan & cruelty-free soaps are made in Burkina Faso, following the highest international requirements, directly at the exit of the oil presses. The shea butter used in our soaps is as fresh as can be, allowing it to keep all its extraordinary qualities for the skin. For even more goodness, we have enriched it with desert date and baobab oils.

Social business

With ELEPHAS, we want to emphasize that a social business can both fight poverty and help protect wildlife habitat.

The shea nuts are harvested by the African women in a natural corridor that happens to be a vital passage between two natural reserves where elephants live. By allowing the women’s group to sustainably use the corridor’s resources, ELEPHAS acts for their empowerment and for the conservation of this crucial zone for the elephants. Moreover, for every soap we sell, we commit to giving 1 kg of cereal to a woman from the group and 1 meal for a street child going to school in the capital, Ouagadougou, via the associations we support.
